Robert Clement helped establish CC&T Real Estate Services in 1993 after more than a decade in commercial real estate leadership roles in Houston and Charleston.

Since founding the firm, Robert has guided its growth into a leading full-service real estate company in the Southeast. His development experience includes major projects such as Laurel Island, Midtown on King Street, the BellSouth Regional Headquarters, and the Macalloy site.

A former President of the South Carolina REALTORS®, the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS®, and the Commercial Investment Division, Robert has long been recognized for his leadership in both real estate and the Charleston community. Active in local organizations including the Historic Charleston Foundation and the Charleston Regional Development Alliance, he continues to advocate for thoughtful, balanced growth across the region.

Outside the office, Robert is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys restoring his family’s Allendale property, Willingham Plantation, where he’s undertaken wetlands restoration to reintroduce native plants and wildlife.

Joseph Tecklenburg guides leasing and sales for office, industrial, and land properties across the Charleston tri-county area. Since joining CC&T in 2014, he has helped clients identify sound investment opportunities and navigate transactions that create long-term value.

Drawing on experience in both public and private sectors, Joseph approaches each engagement with the pragmatism of a public servant and the precision of a private-sector strategist. His understanding of how development, policy, and growth intersect gives clients a clear perspective on Charleston’s evolving market.

Joseph earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wofford College and a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Carolina.

A Charleston native with over a decade of experience in the Lowcountry real estate market, Bradley Baker, serves as a Partner at Clement, Crawford & Thornhill. His deep-rooted understanding of the Tri-County area, combined with tenures in general brokerage and investment sales, allows him to provide clients with unparalleled local insight. Beyond traditional brokerage, he specializes in the acquisition and syndication of value-add investments, identifying hidden potential in the market he has called home his entire life.

Jeff Nickol, leader of the industrial division, possesses over four decades of expertise in industrial real estate. His extensive background encompasses development, acquisitions, portfolio strategy, and investment advisory services. His work includes projects across more than 20 states and 15 million square feet of assets.

Jeff has been a managing member in numerous development partnerships, overseeing acquisition, financing, construction, and disposition of large-scale industrial portfolios. His institutional partners have included Principal Life, Mass Mutual, Cornerstone, Estate of James Campbell, and CalPERS.

Known for his disciplined process and strategic approach, Jeff navigates complex industrial projects with precision and clarity. In Charleston, he played a leading partner role in one of the region’s largest speculative 2.5 MM SF industrial developments in Summerville and the repositioning of a major industrial property in North Charleston.

Jeff lives in downtown Charleston with his wife and three children.

Kirstyn Burkhalter joined CC&T in 2025, bringing more than a decade of experience in commercial property management. She has overseen diverse portfolios across the Greater Atlanta area, including office and mixed-use developments managed both third-party and in-house for ownership groups.

Before relocating to Charleston, Kirstyn managed assets for Lincoln Property Company and Rubenstein Partners, where she developed expertise in tenant relations, operations, and financial oversight. At CC&T, she leads with a collaborative approach that emphasizes responsiveness, reliability, and long-term performance.

A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Management, Kirstyn enjoys exploring Charleston with her two dogs and spending time outdoors near the water.

Miles Martschink is a Charleston native and third-generation REALTOR® with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. At CC&T, he represents clients in the sale and leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties, as well as land across the Lowcountry.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Miles combines market knowledge with experience in contracting, project management, and development to offer clients a comprehensive view of each transaction. Clients value his straightforward counsel, attention to detail, and deep roots in the Charleston community.

Garry Lesesne is a native Charlestonian who spent 16 years living and working abroad, where he led real estate and tourism development projects in Nicaragua. After returning to Charleston in 2019, Garry joined the Clement, Crawford & Thornhill Real Estate and Development team and currently serves as Vice President, where he focuses on land acquisitions, infill properties, and entitlements.

As an investor himself, Garry brings a practical, firsthand perspective to his work. His clients benefit from his deep understanding of local market dynamics, as well as insight into the governmental and regulatory processes that shape development opportunities throughout the Charleston region.

Garry serves as a Commissioner on the Charleston County Planning Commission, where he is committed to supporting Charleston’s sustainable growth and thoughtful evolution for future generations. He also serves on the board of the WestEdge Foundation as Chair of Community Engagement and is the 2026 President of the West Ashley Rotary Club of Charleston.

Rex Riley joined CC&T in 2015 and specializes in industrial real estate, with experience in transaction management, acquisitions, development, and financing. His work includes portfolio strategy and land development across more than 300 acres and 3 million square feet of industrial space in the Lowcountry.

Rex has represented users, developers, and investors through projects ranging from site evaluation to delivery. His clients include Citimark, Pure Development, and NCP Capital, among others.

A member of the Urban Land Institute, Rex prioritizes collaboration and clear communication at every stage of a project. He lives in Charleston with his wife, Caroline, and their three children, Ford, Rose, and George.

Keith Mayfield joined CC&T in 2024 and oversees retail leasing and sales throughout the Charleston market, representing both landlords and tenants. He also works with national and regional retailers across South Carolina, helping brands identify sites that align with their growth and operational goals.

With a background in residential sales and property management, Keith’s approach blends strategic insight with a hands-on understanding of Charleston’s retail landscape. Known for his clear communication and thorough preparation, he’s a trusted partner to clients navigating complex negotiations.

Outside of work, Keith enjoys coaching youth sports through the city’s recreation programs and spending time on the water with his family.

Malena Liguori joined CC&T after graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Real Estate and a minor in Commercial Entrepreneurship, where she finished in the top ten percent of the College of Business. She first worked with the firm as an intern in 2023 before transitioning to a full-time role the following year.

Malena focuses on leasing and sales of office and warehouse properties throughout the tri-county area. She approaches each project with curiosity and precision, connecting market insight with creative opportunity.

Outside of work, Malena enjoys visiting family, exploring new restaurants, and spending time at the beach.

Chase Gray joined CC&T in 2025 and applies a results-driven approach to brokerage, development, and portfolio advisory. His experience includes agency leasing, tenant representation, and transaction management for industrial properties throughout the Carolinas.

Before joining CC&T, Chase helped launch a property management division in the Upstate and completed more than $2 million in leasing transactions during his first year in brokerage. His background in property operations and asset repositioning gives him a practical understanding of both investor and occupier priorities in today’s market.

Outside of work, Chase enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing.
