A significant number of these developments are urban infill projects requiring extensive remediation to environmentally challenged properties to return them to a profitable use.

In the last 25 years, CC&T and its principals have remediated over 70 contaminated sites including National Priority List, ARDA, CERCLA and other brownfield sites. For over two decades, CC&T has played a key role in the acquisition, remediation, development, brokerage and property management of a number of the most highly publicized and sought after projects in the Charleston area.
