Midtown

This $85MM mixed use project includes a flagship hotel on the corner of Spring St. and King St. The nine-story Hyatt hotel and commercial buildings proposed for Midtown is a culmination of Mayor Riley’s vision for a northern bookend to Charleston Place. Midtown has been in the works for years, as the developers assembled the properties needed and sought out public and community support. Construction finished in 2015 on the 300 room hotel, 30,000 square feet of retail and office space, and 400 space parking deck.
