Chase Gray
Chase Joined Clement, Crawford & Thornhill, Inc. in 2025. He’s been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including portfolio advisory, transaction management, agency leasing, tenant representation, and development.
With a background in both property operations and transactional advisory, he brings a results-driven approach to representing users, developers, and investors of industrial assets. His track record includes the successful launch of a property management division in the Upstate, as well as over $2 million in independently executed leasing transactions during his first year in brokerage. His hands-on experience with ownership groups, leasing strategy, and asset repositioning gives him a deep understanding of both investor and occupier priorities in today’s industrial market.
Outside of Real estate, Chase enjoys spending time playing golf, hunting and fishing.
