Keith Mayfield

Keith Mayfield joined Clement, Crawford & Thornhill in 2024 bringing his skills in negotiation, sales, management,  and both landlord and tenant representation. Keith has a focus on retail throughout the local Charleston market as well as experience working across South Carolina with national & regional retailers.  Keith demonstrates a strong track record in real estate having previous experience in residential sales as well as property management.

Keith is married to his lovely wife, Laurie and as a father of two, he enjoys coaching various sports through the City of Charleston Recreation Department, exploring the waterways of Charleston and going to the beach with his family.

Education

• College of Charleston, majoring in Corporate Communications with a minor in Hospitality and Tourism
• Currently studying for professional CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member of the Real Estate Institute)
