Kirstyn Burkhalter

Kirstyn Burkhalter joined Clement, Crawford & Thornhill in June of 2025, relocating to Charleston from Atlanta, GA.  She brings 10 years of property management experience to the team, primarily within the commercial office and mixed-use/retail sectors. Kirstyn has worked with various ownership portfolios around the Greater Atlanta area. Third party with Lincoln Property Company and owner managed through Philadelphia, PA based Rubenstein Partners. 

She is proud to be a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor in Business Management. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring Charleston with her two dogs, Cali and Izzy, whether a new park, beach time, or lake day, and spending time with family.
